Shipping & Refund Policy

RETURN OR EXCHANGE

You have 7 days to return or exchange an item from the date of delivery. Item must be in new condition, unworn, unaltered, free of damages by the customer and in the same condition that you received it. item must be in the original packaging along with the receipt.

REFUND

Once we receive the item, we will inspect it and notify you. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to you within next 10 days through bank transfer or any other feasible means.

SHIPPING

Customer will pay delivery charges if fault is on customer’s end (e.g: wrong size ordered, want to exchange product or any other issue). ‘VESTES’ will bear shipping costs for returning and exchange of your item if fault is from our side (e.g: wrong size sent, quality is poor, damaged or any other issue). Shipping costs are non-refundable
